Today is Memorial Day. I am trying to get more regular with posting here what is happening on a day to day basis. It is a way of keeping me on track and being held accountable for the work I am doing.
This morning I worked on the website in the early morning hours and then went to the studio around 7:30 to work out. Though I did not get on the bike or treadmill I worked on my forms and side kicks again today. See my full work out at My Results.
I have settled in this day to get laundry, office, car and sparring equipment cleaned up. My eating habits are doing very well. I do not miss meat at all.
