Physical report @ 5 months

pushupsAt 5 months here is a report on my injuries, what is hurting and what is doing really better than expected.  Also two things I need to focus on this next few months.

I started a weight training program about 3 weeks ago and it is going very well.   I have not trained in that kind of workout for about 5 years.  I still struggle with the aches and pains of my body but each day I just keep trying to do what I can.

At this time my elbows which are prone to tendinitis are doing well, though I had to slow that part of the training down.  My knees are in great shape right now, in fact better than they have been in a very long time.  The groin on the left side is giving me a bit of a fit at this point but I am hoping to work this out this week and just keep an eye on it.

At this point though I feel like there is a way to go, I am in pretty good shape and am focusing on continuing all of my workouts and now looking at a couple areas that need attention.  I need to work on my “I am” projects and the Living Heroes project.  Time is going by fast this year and I, like all of you need to finish stronger than I began.
