Starfish and the Spider – Ori Brafman and Rod Beckstrom – This is a business book about the way things are changing or have changed in the world today. The starfish principles are unstoppable once they are applied. While they seem to work best in the non- profit arena, I must say that I see a lot of this going to the for profit world too. This is a very engaging read and one that makes you stop and think about the way you treat other people and businesses.
I am Potential – Patrick Henry Hughes – About a young man born with arms that would not straighten, legs that could not walk and blind. His demonstration of faith, love, perseverance is inspiring to anyone who dreams of living life at level 10.
